<\Break><\Indent 20> òTo see the items in your current toolbar collection as a set of images, click on the large Portfolio button - (not a thumbnail in the Portfolio button).
<\Break><\Indent 20> òOr, you can click on the arrow next to the collection name below, select any collection you wish to see, and click on the button "Go to Entry."
<\Break><\Indent 20> òThe name of the collection you're currently viewing is displayed at the top of the screen.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òIf it is the collection currently displayed in the toolbar, "(toolbar)" will be displayed following the name.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òGo to the next or previous collection in the Portfolio by using the arrows in the lower right of the screen.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òEach collection can hold up to 25 items-artworks, media clips, book pages, Director's Choice movies, and artist portraits.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òClick and drag an item to move it to any one of the 25 available spots.<\Break><\Break>
TO ENLARGE ITEMS IN THE PORTFOLIO
<\Break><\Indent 20> òClick on the Enlarge button in the toolbar to enlarge thumbnails.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òThe cursor turns to a plus sign.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òClick on an artwork or an artist portrait and a larger version appears.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òUp to five images can be enlarged at one time for comparison purposes.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òHold the mouse down to drag around the images.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òClick on the "Close" button to reduce an image.<\Break><\Break>
TO MAKE A SLIDE SHOW
<\Break><\Indent 20> òClick on the button "Slide Show."
<\Break><\Indent 20> òThe screen will become black, and the items in your collection, except for text, will be displayed one at a time.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òClick anywhere on the screen to stop the Slide Show and return to the Images View.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òYou can move Portfolio images around, which changes the sequence of the Slide Show, by clicking and dragging on their frames.<\Break><\Break>
TO EDIT ITEMS IN A COLLECTION
<\Break><\Indent 20> òClick on a thumbnail to select it.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òTo add more items to the selection, Hold the shift key down on your keyboard and click other items.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òOnce a selection has been made, choose to cut, copy, or delete it by clicking on the editing buttons at the right of the screen.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òTo move items to another collection, use "Cut" or "Copy," a selection.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òGo to another collection using either the arrows at the lower right or the Index.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òSelect "Paste" from the editing buttons.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òYour item now appears in the collection you're viewing.<\Break><\Break>
TO PRINT OR SAVE TO DISK ITEMS FROM A COLLECTION
<\Break><\Indent 20> òClick on the "Output" button in the toolbar.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òThe Output window appears, offering you a set of choices:
<\Break><\Indent 20> òYou can choose to output all of the items in a collection, or just the ones you've selected.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òImages can be printed either full size, or as thumbnails.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òYou can select either to include your annotation or not.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òYou can choose to include full caption information for images, or just artist, title, and date.<\Break>
Note: for media clips, Director's Choice movies, and book pages, only your annotations can be output.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òChoose whether you wish the items to be printed, or written to your hard drive.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òOnce you've made all your choices, click on "OK" to begin the process.<\Break>
